Respirator Medical Evaluation and Certificate<br />
OSHA Standard 29CFR1910.134 requires that you be medically certified to wear a respirator as part of your job. Through this site, your employer has provided the opportunity for you to receive this certification in 5 to 10 minutes. Most people qualify just by completing this evaluation and do not need additional follow-up with a physician or other licensed health care professional. For those that do not qualify on the first attempt, follow-up questions may be needed. This certification is for employees that are required to use dust masks, half mask respirators or full facepiece respirators.
